Cooking class with Vittoria

From the hill where I live you can see the beauty of Argentario and of the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.
You will learn how to follow local recipes and cook dishes from the Tuscan and Roman tradition.
I will tell you about the Etruscans’ story and their ancient cuisine.
As a member of the “ Alleanza slow food dei cuochi”, I use only local produce from small local farms.
We will use only fresh and organic ingredients so you will be able to create excellent, classic dishes and taste delicious food.
I will show you all the tricks for a successful dish with the best wine pairing.
After cooking you will eat and enjoy what you have prepared along with a local wine in a friendly and cosy atmosphere.
You can choose three among the following courses:

Main course

  • Fresh  semolina pasta ( without eggs)
  • Egg pasta
  • All natural coloured pasta
  • Stuffed pasta
  • Potato and legume dumplings (gnocchi)
  • “Acquacotta “ with seasonable vegetables
  • Legume soup
  • Barleys soup
